Lesson 5 : Grammar Future tense
For the future tense in English we have two ( 2 ) forms. The first one is with " will " and the second one with " going to " . Now let's find the structures.
FORM 1
1 - Future tense with " will "
Formula : Subject + will + main verb ( without to).
Example : to travel ( I, You, He, She, It, We, You, They) will travel.
To go : Alicia will go to school. To rain ( pleuvoir) It will rain ☔.
TO Love # to Hate
I will love. I will hate
You will love. You will hate
He will love. He will hate
She will love She will hate
It will love. It will hate
We will love. We will hate
They will love. They will hate.
FORM 2
future tense with " going to "
Formula : to be in present simple + going to + main verb.
We have therefore subject + am/is/are + going to + verb.
Example. Koffi is going to eat an apple 🍎 .
APPLICATION
to learn English. To go to village
I am going to learn English. I am going to go to village
You are going to learn English. You are going to go to village.
He/She/It is going to learn English. He/She/It is going to go to village.
We are going to learn English. We are going to go to village.
You are going to learn English. You are going to go to village.
They are going to learn English. They are going to go to village.
