English Phonetics.

Phonetics is the study of speech sounds and How they are constructeur.
All over the world Phonetics doesn't change for whatever language. For instance English, spoken in England, Australia, America (... ) follow the same Phonetic rules. That's Why we talk about the I.P.A which means International Phonetics Alphabet.
In other words in each language we can find different accents but the same Phonetic transcription. Even in America south America and North America don't have the same accent When speaking but the same Phonetic transcription.
